Because, you just change the background... for me this theme is not totally like Windows Vista.
You said Ultra Vista, but you keep the Nokia default icons...

no, they're not the Nokia default icon... not aall (I used it on 6630 and N70...)

however, i'm not able to change the icons anymore, since i gave totally up themes for mobile phones... :(
